PTSO Box Top Contest
December 5th – January 31st
EMS students are collecting box tops to raise money for our school. All box tops are to be turned in during Homeroom. The classroom that has the most box tops to student ratio by January 31, 2012, will win a pizza party!
A complete list of products that qualify for the box top fundraiser has been given to each student. You can also find this information at www.boxtops4education.com.

Washington D C Trip
- Mrs. Heaps will once again lead a group of middle school students to Washington D.C. on May 22 – 25, 2012. The group will be traveling with Worldstrides which is an accredited student travel organization with over 45 years of experience. During the four day, three night trip, they will visit Arlington National Cemetery, Mount Vernon, the WWII, Korean, and Vietnam War Memorials, the FDR, Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials, the Smithsonian Complex, the National Archives, Capitol Hill and many other interesting and historic sites. Some fundraising opportunities are available for students to complete on their own.
